Commentary
The A14 Daul Carriageway crosses the River Cam. In the proposed A14 widening scheme this bridge is due to be demolished and replace with a new three lane span.

The annual 'Bumps' rowing races are started from just north of the lock. With teams chasing to catch the proceeding boat as they race into Cambridge. This shows two womens boats bumping in the town bumps, the A14 bridge is visible in the background.
